e, nell'EuroDic
1) disco a camme
2) piastra a camme

Con una ricerca in Google però trovo anche Camme a tamburo, v. sito della Bruggi, e non so assolutamente se siano la stessa cosa.

Nel secondo sito che ti segnalo puoi vedere il disegno di una camma a disco (chiamata anche Kurvenscheibe, si vede il tedesco).

Nebbia in Val Padana?...

Grazie infinite. I miei dizionari (Schlegelmilch, Zanichelli+ Hoepli) danno traduzioni molto diverse tra loro e soprattutto dal Marolli. Senza contesto la nebbia è fitta!
