dazu meint "zingarelli":
"vite prigioniera: con gambo cilindrico filettato alle due estremità, una delle quali viene inserita in un foro... mentre l'altra reca il dado di collegamento."

"vite di collegamento" ist allgemeiner, aber damit liegst du sicher nicht falsch.
