Viene anche indicato "cavedagna" però questa è solo una "stradina sterrata"

Explanation:
Vorgewende sono le strisce di terreno non coltivato, lungo i confini di un campo coltivato o lungo le recinzioni.

So che in inglese si chiamando headland (che a sua volta può anche significare promontorio - ma in questo caso non c'era nulla). Non mi viene in mente che in italiano ci sia un termine più specifico - spero qualcun altro possa aiutarti meglio.

In aggiunta a quanto giustamente riportato da Alberto qui sotto, ho trovato anche il termine \"prode\", che però il Garzanti riporta come \"toscano\"; questo oltre ad indicare le rive di corsi d\'acqua indica anche le zone di confine di un campo, sono in pendio, e richiedono un tipo di coltivazione particolare che si chiama appunto \"coltivazione a prode\".
