beim "Stulp" bin ich mir auch nicht ganz sicher.

Der Drückervierkant dürfte jedenfalls
"quadro maniglia" sein.

doch noch auf ein Wörterbuch für Möbelschlösser gestoßen... und da wird \"Stulp\" einfach mit \"bordo\" übersetzt.

che dilemma! "bordo in ottone" dà 3 Google hits per serrature, "bocchetta in ottone" ne dà 2. E poi c'è "bocchetta con bordo in ottone" :

Explanation:
Essendo la descrizione di tutto il blocchetto di serratura, credo che si riferisca alla bocchetta (in ottone lucido).
Drückervierkant invece è la maniglia e Riegelvierkant è proprio la serratura. Essendo vierkant il tipo di serratura a femmina quadra, lo tralascerei in quanto vi sono già le misure e al massimo indicherei "quadra".
Riegel potrebbe anche essere quel chiavistello lungo, che viene posto su tutta la lunghezza delle ante (a barra verticale) per evitare che il legno si possa "imbarcare" con il tempo, garantendo una chiusura perfetta di tutta l'anta, da sopra a sotto.
