mi pare di capire che Behördenmodell si riferisca all'impiego previsto e non al modello, omologato o meno. Tipo "per locali frequentati dal pubblico". Per esempio ho letto di valvole tipo "Behördenmodell" che si possono bloccare, in modo da impedire che chiunque le possa regolare a piacere.

Als Ergänzung zur Aussentemperaturregelung ist in der Regel der Einsatz von Thermostatventilen zwingend (Behördenmodell, d.h. Fühlerköpfe, die nicht vorsätzlich verstellt und beschädigt werden können).
