6.2 Hinsichtlich der Qualitätssicherung nach Ziffer 6.1 kommen die nachfolgend aufgeführten
Abnahmeprüfzeugnisse in Betracht, die dem Auftragnehmer zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Diese Abnahmeprüfzeugnisse werden von dem Auftragnehmer vollständig ausgefüllt an den
Auftraggeber/Besteller zurückgeschickt:
- Abnahmeprüfzeugnis 3.1 nach EN 10204 (mit Güteprüfbescheinigung)
- Abnahmeprüfzeugnis 3.1 nach EN 10204 (für Stichproben)
- Abnahmeprüfzeugnis 3.1 nach EN 10204
- Prüfbescheinigung und Lieferfreigabe

6.3 Sofern für die Leistung des Auftragnehmers eine vom Auftraggeber zu bestätigende
**Herstellerproduktqualifikation**, z.B. eine Herstellerbezogene Produktqualifikation (HPQ)
erforderlich ist, gilt diese Herstellerqualifikation als Geschäftsgrundlage des Vertrages
gemäß § 313 BGB. In diesem Fall ist der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet, die
Herstellerproduktqualifikation während der Dauer dieses Vertrages aufrecht zu erhalten.

6.4 Der Auftraggeber erwartet vom Auftragnehmer eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung seiner
Prozesse.

6.5 Der Auftragnehmer ersetzt bei Abweichungen in den Kontrollen nach §1(6), die über die
zugesicherte Qualitätssteuerung von Verbundstoffprodukten (siehe Anlage) hinausgehen,
alle vorher gelieferten Produkte kostenlos, soweit er die Erfüllung der Freigabekriterien nicht
nachweisen kann. Hinzu kommen für daraus entstehende Mehraufwendungen eine
Vertragsstrafe in Höhe 10 % des zu ersetzenden Auftragsvolumens.

agree  Gian: Herstellerprodukt = prodotto del fabbricante; io opterei per qualificazione del prodotto del fabbricante/produttore. Se dici "dal fabbricante" sembra che la qualificazione sia eseguita dal produttore

  -> Grazie Gian . . . "qualificazione del prodotto del fabbricante" sarebbe la traduzione letterale, come specificato nella Spiegazione . . . Un'altra proposta sensata (vedasi Spiegazione) sarebbe "qualificazione del prodotto certificata dal fabbricante".
