Jeder schriftlich oder mündlich erteilte Schaltauftrag hat folgende Angaben zu enthalten:
– Standort und Namen von Auftraggeber und Empfänger
– Nummer und Bezeichnung der Schalter und der betroffenen Leitungen,
die ein- oder ausgeschaltet werden müssen.
– Zeitpunkt oder fahrdienstliche Abhängigkeit der Schaltung
– Jede Schaltung ist dem Auftraggeber durch eine Rückmeldung zu bestätigen.
Ist ein mündlich erteilter Auftrag sofort auszuführen, so hat der Auftraggeber die
Rückmeldung abzuwarten. Der Auftraggeber ist für die richtige Rückmeldung des
Schaltauftrages mitverantwortlich.
