Prima di tutto, di buona regola un po' più di contesto non guasterebbe :-).

"Bootseigner" ("bootseigener" è qualcos'altro) è molto generico in tedesco. Può senz'altro essere il "proprietario di barca/batello", ma userei qualcosa di generico anche in italiano, perciò: "imbarcazione".

Non sarà sicuramente il "diportista" (Sportbootfahrer), e lo "armatore" sarebbe il "Reeder".
