German term or phrase: grüne Teige, volle Backstuben

Die alternative Bandförderung ist für (fast) grüne Teige und für „volle“ Backstuben optimiert.

(Ich bin mir nicht sicher, was in diesem Satz mit 'grün' gemeint ist,
und worum es sich bei 'volle Backistuben' handelt.
Wäre für jede Hilfe dankbar.)

Explanation:
ここでのgrünは生の、という意味ではないでしょうか。また、volleは完璧とか立派な（豪華絢爛という意味ではなく一人前という意味合いで）という意味で使われているのだと思います。

Asker: ご回答ありがとうございました。 gruenの「生」は承知しておりましたが、パン「生」地の「なま」とは？頭をかかえ、首をかしげておりました。もうしばらく考えてみます。

Explanation:
Teig自体がパンになる前の状態ですので、そもそも生なのかな、という気がします。
それがまだ「青い」「未熟な」状態ということで、発酵していない状態のことではないかと思いました。

volle については、「～全体」と訳されることがあると思いますが、この場合それが当てはまるかどうかについては確信はありません。
ただ、原文が ”volle" と括られていることからすると、Bandfoerderung が発酵前の生地1つ1つだけではなく、それを作るパン工場全体にとっても、生産性効率化に役立ちますよ、ということなのかな、と思いました。

「製パン工場」については、日本の大手パン工場の場合は「～製パン工場」が多いような気がします。小規模経営の場合は「製」の有無は一定ではないように思います。

Asker: ご回答ありがとうございました。未発酵というのも考えましたが、ならば、ほぼ（fast）未発酵とは？となって袋小路へ入りました。もう少し考えてみます。
