It is about the history of the Wiener Philharmoniker. It is going to explain how the philharmony was born.
"Vor allem zwei Dinge sind dafür notwendig, dass große und anspruchsvolle Kunstwerke sich auf die Dauer durchsetzen, nämlich einmal die lebhafte, öffentliche Bereitschaft und die passionierte Vergegenwärtigungsarbeit besessener Einzelner auf der anderen Seite; und die ist vielleicht sogar noch wichtiger."
My question is, what are the two things that are important in short? The sentence is too complicated to understand.
ウィーンフィルの誕生と歴史などについての映像の一部で、登場人物が「そのためには2つのことが重要である」と言って説明を始めているのですが、1つは「偉大でレベルの高い芸術は時が経てば真価を知らしめるものである」（dass große…durchesetzen）ということだと読みとったのですが、その後がわかりません。nämlich einmal die lebhafte, öffentliche Bereitschaft und die passionierte Vergegenwärtigungsarbeit besessener Einzelner auf der anderen Seite;
といった後で、「こちらの方がたぶんより重要だ」と言っているようですが、どこからどこまでが「2つ目の重要なこと」なのでしょうか？
