このSIAは何の省略形でしょうか?工業会のような感じでしょうか？
それともそのままMoeller Electric SIAを使用してもいいのでしょうか？

SIAはラトビア語の「Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu Atbildību」の略語で（ご存知のようにラトビアはバルト三国の一国です）、ドイツ語の「Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung」(GmbH)（有限会社）、英語の「limited liability company」に当たります。

わざわざ「SIA」とラトビア語になっているのは、ドイツ法人ではなく、現地法人ということを強調したいからではないでしょうか？ あるいは「GmbH」を正確に日本語に訳しにくいように（法律が異なるため）、SIAもGmbHとイコールというわけではないのでは？


ですから「SIA (有限会社)」のように訳出すれば、まぁＯＫだと思います。
