Sprechchorの「ch」の発音についてですが、
例えばSprecher はシュプレッヒャーと発音しますので、
日本語の「ヒ」で表記するのは正しいはずです。
ですので、Sprechchorを日本語表記するとシュプレヒコールで正しいと思います。

ドイツ語の発音をカタカナ表記すると、やはりシュプレヒコールとなります。リンク先の音声も確認しましたが、シュプレヒコールで問題ないと思います。

蛇足かもしれませんが：
まだシュプレキコールと聞こえるようでしたら、まずリンク先で他の
似たような言葉の発音を確認してみるとよろしいかと思います。
（たとえば「sprecher」、「sprechen」などは、よりはっきりと発音されているように思います。）
その後、もう一度Sprechchorの発音を聴いてみると、シュプレヒコールときこえるようになるかもしれません。一度お試しください。
