Wenn bei der Umrechnung in PLN mehr als die erforderlichen 4 Mio. PLN herausgekommen sind, dann ist das keine Verbindlichkeit an den xy- wie es offensichtlich bislang ausgewiesen wurde - sondern eine ungebundene Kapitalrücklage, die in das Eigenkapital umgegliedert gehört (undesignated capital reserves - vielleicht - Reserve Capital).
