Damit ist die Voraussetzung für eine formale Vereinheitlichung der Buchführung in den einzelnen Gruppengesellschaften erfüllt. Um diese auch inhaltlich so weit wie möglich zu gewährleisten, muss sichergestellt werden, dass gleiche Geschäftsvorfälle auch in derselben Art und Weise, d.h. auf denselben Konten, mindestens aber auf Konten derselben Kontenklasse verbucht werden, sofern dem nicht nationale Vorschriften zwingend entgegenstehen. |
