German to Polish translations [PRO]
Marketing - Advertising / Public Relations | | German term or phrase: Nutzungs-und Verwertungsrechte | | Das Produkt wird von X produziert. Y darf das Produkt aussschliesslich bei X kaufen. X ist dabei immer der Inhaber der Markenrechte im Vertragsgebiet bzw. wird auch die Rechte an etwaigen anderen Marken für das Getränk halten. X stehen auch sämtliche Nutzungs- und Verwertungsrechte and dem durch die Y begleiteten Markenaufbau zu, sofern X dabei übertragbare Rechte schaffen wird, die Y übertragen kann, gelten diese Rechte mit Unterschrift unter diesem Vertrag als an X übertragen. Im übrigen wird Y aber immer darauf hinwirken, dass möglichst alle Agenturen die von ihnen geschaffenen Rechte mit der Zahlung des vereinbarten Honorars an X übertragen. |
