German term or phrase: Gewerbe-Ummeldung
Klient przyniósł mi formularz o nazwie Gewerbe-Ummeldung i powiedział, że to wpis do ewidencji działalności gospodarczej. Dodał również, że nie chodzi tu o żadną aktualizację, gdyż jest to jedyny wpis jaki posiada. Nigdy nie widziałam niemieckiego wpisu do ewidencji i trochę zwątpiłam. Chodzi o działalność jednoosobową, prowadzoną przez obywatela RP na terenie RFN. Z góry dziękuję za pomoc.

agree  Piotr Fras: Rzeczywiście z tego dokumentu wynika takie znaczenie tego słowa. Dotyczy to także zmiany formy prawnej. Być może dobrym określeniem byłoby ,,zgłoszenie zmiany wpisu do ewidencji działalności gospodarczej"?
