Wystarczy porównać chociażby z ogólnymi warunkami INCOTERMS, aby wiedzieć, że strony uzgadniają cenę ustalając, kto ponosi koszty transportu i ubezpieczenia na przykład. Na 100% nie uzgadnia się tutaj kosztów opakowania, a koszty ubezpieczenia na czas dostawy od sprzedawcy do kupującego.
Ponad 20 lat pracy na własnym, w firmach spedycyjnych, czy też eksportowych, też mi tak podpowiada.
