AKTIONEN BEI BRAND-VORALARM
Folgende Aktionen werden bei Auslösung des Voralarms (20% UEG) automatisch aktiviert:
Start Absaugung der Halle (Ex-Ventilator mit ca. 4.000 m³/h Förderleistung)
Software-Stopp Zuführband QZ ohne Verzögerung
Softwarestopp QZ ohne Verzögerung
Schieber QZ wird durch die Software geschlossen ohne den Stillstand QZ abzuwarten.
Fehlermeldung am Hauptbedienschrank „20% Butan überschritten“ sowie optische Warnung mittels Blitzleuchte und akustisches Hupsignal.
Alle Aktionen sind über die Software selbsthaltend ausgeführt. Eine Quittierung der Fehlermeldung und damit ein Wiederanlaufen des QZ`s mit Zuführband ist erst möglich wenn der Voralarm durch absinken der Butankonzentration abgefallen ist. |
