Moj slownik techniczny podaje, ze Anbackung to "narost (powstały przez przypieczenie)".
Jeśli chodzi o Verkrustung to poszłabym raczej w stronę słowa "nagar". Choc zapieczony osad pewnie tez jest ok, bo Verkrustung wg mojego slownika to pokrycie się nagarem, zarastanie osadem.
