(Kommentar: Nach meiner Kenntnis kommen in den Sudeten Granit-, Schiefer- und Sandgesteine vor, ferner sind Vulkanite anzutreffen. Daher macht aus deutscher Sicht die Trennung der Sandsteingewässer von den übrigen silikatischen Grundgebirgen zunächst Sinn. Zudem wäre ein Trennung der Vulkanite denkbar, jedoch fehlen in Deutschland zumindest ausreichend hochwertige biozönotische Daten, um dies auch aus Sicht des Makrozoobenthos zu bestätigen. Es stellt sich wiederum die Frage, ob die Subtypen unterscheidbar sind)
