Nie rozumiem nastęującego zdania (tekst dotyczy przeniesienia stadniny koni do Drezna):
Um das Zuchtgestüt nur einigermaßen in Anlehnung an Höfen in der Gegend von Sohland a. d.Spree unterzubringen, entschloß ich mich, mit den Hengsten (soweit sie unter dem Reiter oder an der Hand gingen) noch weiter zu reiten und, wenn die Verhältnisse nicht besser würden, durchzureiten bis Dresden.

Aby choc w czesci zapewnic przetrwanie/dach nad glowa koniom ze stadniny na dworach (w dworskich stajniach) w okolicy Sohland nad Szprewa, zdecydowalem/am sie pojechac ogierami dalej (o ile szly pod jezdzcem lub daly sie prowadzi w rece) oraz, o ile sytuacja/warunki nie ulegnie poprawie, dotrzec az do Drezna.
Ja to przynajmniej tak rozumiem, nie wiem jednak, jak to sie ma do reszty tekstu...
