Asker: Bardzo dziękuję za odpowiedź. Tak naprawdę, to porozumienie, stowarzyszenie, zrzeszenie itp. to trochę za mało. Z Twojego linku wynika, że jest to spółka cywilna powołana dla realizacji określonego celu - wskazanie na spółkę celową. Z tłumaczonego dokumentu wiem dodatkowo, że kończy ona swoje istnienie w momencie zrealizowania tego celu. Po (wyrywkowej) lekturze naszego prawa upadłościowego wiem, że czegoś takiego w polskim prawie upadłościowym nie ma. Znajomy prawnik zaproponował jednak takie rozwiązanie: spółka cywilna o charakterze celowym zawiązana celem wspólnego dochodzenia roszczeń wierzycieli w postępowaniu upadłościowym. Może ktoś zaopiniuje to cudo :)
