"Das gesamtschuldnerische Schuldverhältnis besteht darin, dass mehrere Schuldner in dieser Weise verpflichtet sein können, dass der Gläubiger die Leistung ganz oder teilweise von sämtlichen Schuldnern gemeinsam, von einigen von ihnen oder von jedem Schuldner einzeln verlangen kann und die Befreiung des Gläubigers durch einen Schuldner die übrigen befreit (Art. 366 Par. 1 des polnioschen ZGB).
