XY steht dafür ein, dass ihre Leistungen und Lieferungen die vereinbarten Eigenschaften besitzen, den anerkannten Regeln der Technik entsprechen und nicht mit Fehlern behaftet sind (...). Liegt ein Mangel vor, so steht XY unabhängig von der Schwere des Mangels ein dreimaliges Nachbesserungsrecht zu.
Tłumaczenie i pytanie:
Rękojmia.
XY ręczy za to, że jej świadczenia i dostawy posiadają uzgodnione właściwości, odpowiadają uznanym regułom technicznym i nie są obciążone wadami (...). W przypadku istnienia wady i niezależnie od jej rozmiaru, klient ma prawo żądać od XY trzykrotnego usunięcia tej wady.
(Przypis tłum.: to klient ma prawo żądać usunięcia wad, a nie XY ma prawo do usunięcia wad, gdyż to XY ręczy za brak wad.) CZY MAM RACJĘ???

a więc to jemu (zgodnie z oryginałem) przysługuje to prawo
a że klient może i moze żądać naprawy to juz inna kwestia i o tym w tekście nie ma mowy
