Asker: Dziękuję, wydaje mi się, że chodzi tu jednak (choć mogę się mylić) nie o nowe roszczenie lecz o rozszerzenie powództwa, zwłaszcza, że w kontekście występuje termin "Klagsausdehnung", co sugerowałoby, że jest to to samo roszczenie - choć zmodyfikowane
