Czy moze ktos kiedys tlumaczyl nakaz aresztowania? Zastanawiam sie, czy jest jakies standartowe sformulowanie w jezyku polskim na: "Gegen den Beschuldigten ..X..., geboren am, wohnhaft , polnischer Staatsbürger, wird die Untersuchungshaft angeordnet."
Czy tez doslownie: Przeciwko podejrzanemu X., zamieszkalemu pod adresem..., polskiemu obywatelowi, zarzadza sie areszt sledczy".
To nie brzmi tak prawidlowo..
