Chodzi mi przede wszystkim o fragment od miejsca ",ob ein Vermächtnis...". Bardzo proszê o przet³umaczenie!

Co do rugiego sformułowania mój słownik milczy :( Ale przypuszczam, że chodzi po prostu o użytkowanie czyli Nießbrauch(recht). A w takim przypadku chodziło by o testamentowy zapis prawa użytkowania np. gruntu.

Co do rugiego sformułowania mój słownik milczy :( Ale przypuszczam, że chodzi po prostu o użytkowanie czyli Nießbrauch(recht). A w takim przypadku chodziło by o testamentowy zapis prawa użytkowania np. gruntu.
