Sąd sporządzający Explanation: in der Schweiz und in Österreich populäre Formulierung, in der BRD habe ich dies bisher nicht getroffen, wobei der zweite Link ist aus der BRD - also vielleicht wird dies hier auch verwendet? Das ist die korrekte Übersetzung - jedoch würde ich persönlich - wenn nich wörtliche Übersetzung erforderlich ist - zu "säd wzywajäcy" greifen, denn darum wird es wohl gehen. sąd podpisany Explanation: "sporządzający" też możliwe, chociaż wolałbym tak. "Sąd wzywający" używa się tylko w związku z wnioskami o pomoc prawną, a kiedy sąd wezwany odpowie sądowi wzywającemu, to wtedy wezwany będzie podpisany. |
