Diese Vorschrift [§ 10 V KWG mit Verweis auf § 71 a] verbietet in ihrem Abs. 1 die Finanzierung des Erwerbes eigener Genußrechte durch das betreffende Kreditinstitut. Ist aber dieser derivativ gedachte Vorgang schädlich, dann kann es beim Ersterwerb bzw. bei der Begründung des Rechtes nicht anders sein: Die Finanzierung der Einzahlung durch das Kreditinstitut führt zum Verlust der Eigenschaft als Eigenkapital. 1. derywaty=instrumenty pochodne (a szerszy kontekst wskazuje, że może tu o to chodzić)
2. sam napisałem juz w tekście podobnie, opierając na tym, co podaje bodaj Kilianowa o derywatach.
