Myślałem, że Werkskundendienst to serwis własny danej firmy.
Natomiast tutaj wydaje mi się, że tak nie jest.

6. Werkskundendienst
Sollte der Einsatz eines dritten Werkskundendienstunternehmens (z. B. POS) oder einer vom Lieferanten beauftragten Firma erforderlich sein, so werden dem Käufer grundsätzlich keine Kosten in Rechnung gestellt.
