Etwas Kontext - vielleicht ein Satz - wäre hier hilfreich. Ohne weiteren Kontext so viel:
"Wymiernik" wird (selten) im übertragenem Sinne als "Maßstab" gebraucht, also z.B. "Die Schulnoten sind ein Maßstab für die Leistung." Es ist aber m.E. kein gutes Polnisch, das Wort "miara" wäre besser.
(Auf keinen Fall "Maßstab" im Sinne von "Maßstab der Karte 1:50000")
Als Beruf in der Landwirtschaft kenne ich das Wort nicht und konnte es auch in einem landwirtschaftlichen Wörterbuch nicht finden (übrigens auch in keinem anderen Wörterbuch).
