Wlasciwie popieram odpowiedz Aliny, bo moim zdaniem tak brzmi obecna nazwa oficjalna. Dodam jednak jeszcze pare uwag:

Na guglu mozna znalezc i to i tamto, ciekawie bedzie dopiero, kiedy poszuka sie "starostwo powiatowe" + "urzad powiatowy". Na dole podaje 2 wyniki tego poszukiwania.
Uwagi:
1. Chodziez: Nazwa brzmi St. P., ale na dole na stronie jest napis "Urz. P."
