Nie podałem żadnych linków, bo \"termin ważności\" pojawia się w Google 180 razy, ale w różnych kontekstach. Na opakowaniach produktów w Polsce są natomiast różne nadruki, np. na opakowaniu cukierków TicTac, które mam w tej chwili w ręce jest: \"najlepiej spożyć przed końcem\". Ale właśnie to sformułowanie jest najmniej polskie (dosłownie przetłumaczono \"best before end\"). Pojawia się jeszcze \"Okres przydatności do spożycia\" (np. 4 tygodnie od daty produkcji. Data produkcji na wieczku...).
Na filmie będzie podane \"wywołać przed\", na atramencie do drukarcki \"zużyć przed\" itp.

Przyznaję, że w kontekscie magazynowania nasuwa się skojarzenie z terminem ważności. W przypadku Verfallzeit chodzi jednak jednoznacznie o termin finansowo-bankowy.

W kontekscie magazynowania można mówić co najwyżej o \"Verfallszeit\", a nie \"Verfallzeit\". Ten termin (bez \"s\" po Verfall) jest pojęciem z dziedziny bankowości. Jeśli został użyty w celu określenia terminu ważności, to jest to po prostu błąd w oryginalnym tekście niemieckim.

Samo wyrażenie \"Verfallszeit\" ma właściwie inne znaczenie (upadek):
Ver|falls|zeit, die: Zeit des Verfalls (1 b, c).
das Verfallen (1 b), das Schwinden der körperlichen u. geistigen Kräfte: ein schneller körperlicher, geistiger V.; der V. des Körpers, der Kräfte; es war erschütternd, den V. des Kranken mit anzusehen; c) das Verfallen (1 c); Niedergang: ein moralischer, kultureller V.; der V. des Römischen Reiches
