Das sind Gegenstände, die mit einem Markenlogo versehen sind, selbst aber keine Markenartikel sind.
Gutes Beispiel: Kreditkarten mit einem Markenlogo eines Unternehmens, das selbst kein Kreditinstitut ist.
Ich verstehe den Satz so, dass die Firma XXX Gegenstände mit ihrem eigenen Logo (dem Logo der XXX-Firma) versehen will und diese dann als Merchandising-Artikel vertreiben möchte.
