Bei der Berechnung der Auslastung der Obergrenzen nach § 13a Abs. 4 und 5 des Kreditwesengesetzes, auch in Verbindung mit § 13b Abs. 1 des Kreditwesengesetzes, sind außerbörslich gehandelte Derivate, soweit sie durch Waren gedeckt sind, nicht zu berücksichtigen, wenn die Waren nach § 1a Abs. 1 des Kreditwesengesetzes dem Handelsbuch zurechenbar sind. Es gelten die §§ 30, 33, 40 und 43.
