Da hier von "wesentlich zusammenbrechen" gesprochen wird, muss es also verschiedene Stufen des Zusammenbruchs geben, was meiner Meinung nach einem Abfall/einer Verringerung der Spannung/Frequenz im starken Maße entspricht.
