I'm translating an additional agreement between an employee and an employer from German into Portuguese and I can't understand what they mean with "bei 100 %", can anyone help me please? Thank you.

Variabler Anteil = XX % des Jahresgehaltes (bei 100 %) xx €
- davon für den Unternehmenserfolg (bei 100 %) xx €
- davon für den persönlichen Erfolg (bei 100 %) xx €
