die Zeugin wurde mit dem Vernehmungsersuchen bekannt gemacht a testemunha foi informada da existência da carta precatória pedindo a sua inquirição Explanation: "Ersuchen" refere-se aqui à carta precatória, através da qual um tribunal pede a outro alguma providência (em geral: citação ou inquirição de testemunhas e réus), como neste exemplo: "Das Amtsgericht Offenbach ersuchte mit Verfügung vom 3.1.2003 das Amtsgericht Bad Hersfeld, in dessen Gerichtsbezirk .... liegt, um Vernehmung dieses Zeugen." http://www.juraforum.de/urteile/urteil/olg-frankfurt-beschlu... Vernehmung é a inquirição. Logo, Vernehmungsersuchen = carta precatória para a inquirição (da testemunha) Note que a carta precatória não é apresentada à testemunha e sim a um tribunal.
