Asker: Hallo Sonia, bei dem Begriff "Anerkenntnisurteil" ist die Anerkenntnis durch den Beklagten gemeint, nicht durch das Gericht! Mein Problem liegt eher darin, ob man auf Portugiesisch sagen kann: "Sentenca de reconhecimento e final", also ob das grammatikalisch in Ordnung ist?
