Ich hoffe, meine Antwort kommt nicht zu spät ;-)

Oft findet man im Port. auch den Ausdruck "por absoluta incapacidade económica". Den Begriff würde ich aber nicht nehmen, weil "Mangelfall" auf Dt. auch Fälle sind, in denen der Unterhaltspflichtige aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen nur einen Teil des Unterhalts zahlen kann/muss.
