ein "Inselstand" auf einer Messe wäre eine "ilha" oder, wenn es deutlicher sein muss, ein "estande ilha". Vielleicht kannst Du damit etwas basteln. ([estande] ilha no/na qual foram apresentadas várias marcas... ou algo do gênero)
