Constance, pesquisei mais, mas nao encontrei muitas referências, acho que a tal da Tetragabel ainda nao tem nome em PT, seria o caso de você criar o termo. Neste caso eu traduziria assim: "joystick de garfo quádruplo". Outra possibilidade talvez seja o "joystick indutivo" (tenho minhas dúvidas), veja abaixo:
