Tradução:
Certificado notarial de seguro saúde internacional da DKV Deutsche Krankenversicherung AG em Colônia.

Não sei se este conceito (certificado notarial) é o mais adequado para o Brasil. Penso que o termo "seguro sáude internacional" (cf. alguns sites de seguros brasileiros) equivale à "Auslandskrankenversicherung" alemã, mas também não tenho a certeza.

Ich denke, dass der Begriff gut ausgewählt ist. Ich habe ihn mit "reconhecimento notarial" übersetzt (Übers. musste gestern bereits abgegeben werden).
In Brasilien scheint Ihre Variante (im Gegensatz zu Portugal) sogar üblicher zu sein. Schade, dass keiner meiner portugiesischen bzw. brasilianischen Kollegen sich zu dem gesamten Satz geäußert hat (denn das war eigentlich mein Anliegen).
