German to Portuguese translations [PRO]

Habt ihr schon mal davon gehört, dass ihr viel Sauerstoff tankt, wenn ihr an der frischen Luft spielt? "Stimmt!", Tom fällt ein, dass Mama ihm gesagt hat: "Dieser Stoff macht nicht sauer, sondern richtig munter!
"Dieser Stoff macht nicht sauer" é um trocadilho com a palavra "Sauerstoff".
Em português não creio ser possível manter o trocadilho. Por outro lado, esta é uma expressão típicamente alemã, assim como "frische Luft", que não creio ter o mesmo valor ou uso em Portugal.
Como poderei traduzir a frase?
