"rendimento minimo".

Imagino que seja "Schwytzerdütsch".
No meu entender, são custos que as pessoas têm para manter o salário, p. ex. creches para deixar os filhos, condução para paraplégicos etc.
Custos salariais não bate.
Não me ocorre nada também. Talvez você traduz explicando...
