Totuşi depinde de contest, mai precis depinde de cine emite documentul în cauză. Scrisoarea de bonitate este emisă de către terţi, mai ales de bănci, şi atestă că fimra în cauză are bani destui în cont etc.

Pe de altă parte, la noi mai există un document, emis TOT de Oficiul Registrului Comerţului, care se chamă Certificat constatatpr şi care cuprinde pe scurt toate informaţiile despre firma în cauză la un moment dat, adică este ceva de genul:
