În mod concret, în dreptul german "Ausweisung" înseamnă "expluzare".
Eu înţeleg aici că e vorba de schimbarea destinaţiei unor terenuri, din zone construibile, în zonă de protecţie (adică fără drept de construire) pentru aeroport.
