Primiţi în anexă legitimaţia dvs. de muncă nr. 1466, legitimaţie care se va folosi totodată şi pentru înregistrarea timpilor de lucru. Legitimaţia trebuie păstrată cu grijă, orice angajat fiind obligat să o aibă permanent asupra sa.

Aparatele de înregistrare a timpilor de lucru sunt prevăzute cu taste colorate:

- verde = Kommt-Buchung
- roşu = Geht-Buchung
- orange = Afişaj sold timp şi rest concediu
