Als Effektive Stücke bezeichnet man in Form von Urkunden ausgelieferte Fondsanteile, die nicht im Wertpapierdepot liegen sondern dem Investor übergeben werden.

Effektive Stücke haben heute kaum noch eine Bedeutung, da die Aktien in Globalurkunden verbrieft werden. Allerdings werden immer noch effektive Stücke als Schmuck und Andenken gedruckt, die die gleichen Rechte wie globalbeurkundete Aktien verbriefen.
