Der Bundesminister für Finanzen hat per Verordnung einen Beirat oder eine Stelle zur Suchtprävention und Suchtberatung unter Beiziehung des Bundesministers für Gesundheit sowie des Bundesministers für Konsumentenschutz einzurichten, dessen bzw. deren Aufgabe die inhaltliche, wissenschaftliche und finanzielle Unterstützung des Spielerschutzes ist. Zur Finanzierung der Arbeit dieser Stelle oder dieses Beirates wird ab 1. Jänner 2011 ein Finanzierungsbeitrag von 1 vT der jeweiligen Bemessungsgrundlage nach § 28 sowie nach § 57 Abs. 4 gemeinsam mit den jeweiligen Abgaben erhoben.“ |
